Gary W. Schwab, MAI – Managing Partner, Broker-In-Charge
  • Gary was born and raised in Charleston. He has worked exclusively as a real estate appraiser and consultant in the Charleston area for the past 30+ years. He began his appraisal career at the Charleston County Assessor's office in 1984. He is a graduate of Porter-Gaud High School, the University of South Carolina, a state certified General Real Estate Appraiser, an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a licensed Real Estate Broker-In-Charge. 
Harold (Trey) O. Mathisen, III – Managing Partner, Residential Manager
  • Trey was born and raised in Charleston. He has worked exclusively as a real estate appraiser in the Charleston area for the past 25 years. He is a graduate of Bishop England High School, The Citadel; The Military College of South Carolina, a state Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Agent.
Robert J. McGahey, III, MAI – Commercial Appraiser 
Mark R. Dooley – Residential & Commercial Appraiser, Real Estate Broker
  • In 2005, Mark joined our team as a real estate appraiser and a licensed real estate broker. Since joining our team, Mark has been committed to furthering his real estate education while gaining invaluable experience working on a wide variety of residential and commercial properties.  Mark is a graduate of Clemson University (BS, Marketing), a state Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Michael C. McGahey – Commercial Appraiser 
  • Michael joined our team in 2006 as a commercial real estate appraiser. He is a graduate of Clemson University and a state Certified General Real Estate Appraiser. 
Louis D. Hassell – Residential Appraiser 
  • Louis joined our team in 2013 as a residential real estate appraiser. He is a graduate of the College of Charleston and a licensed apprentice appraiser.
